Allow Color Coding on the Calendar by Advisor/Employee
It would be nice to be able to color code our calendar by the person the task is assigned to rather than the type of appointment. I know others like the status quo so if there would be a way to choose between both features that would help out our company nicely.
We gave users the ability to color code the attendees to an activity via bubbles on an activity. If users dont want to leverage the bubbles there is an option in the preferences menu named "Allow Attendee Bubble View" which can be disable the bubbles and go back to a "Classic" version of the calendar.

Different colors for different users on the calendar! It all blends together in an unsightly blob when each user has the same type of activity posted at or around the same time slot.

The original version of Redtail had a much broader selection of colors available. The ones in Leapfrog are almost TOO bright....it would be nice to be able to tone it down a bit.

Definitely NEED to have staff names attached to appointments and tasks. This was available on RTail. Please add to Leapfrog.

In Redtail you saw who the appointment was assigned to. Color coding is a good idea, however when you have muliple users it becomes a bit much. Please restore the old feature of glancing at the calendar and seeing who is scheduled.

I agree... color coding is a MUST! It would also be nice if there was a way to enable viewing the calendar similar to how Outlook has it set up so that the calendars for different people are different colors and on tabs yet viewable as overlays. That way you move between them or see everything on one screen. The way the calendar is currently setup in LeapFrog will be a NIGHTMARE for me since I view 5 calendars daily. At least in Redtail it said their names in parenthesis where as in LF you have to hover over each item.

I like the idea of a highlighted border to indicate who the activity belongs to especially since we use color coding for the different types of activities.

Being able to assign colors to activities would be very helpful in organizing the calendar.

I...sixth this request! Looking at the calendar for more than one person is a giant indistinguishable blue blob right now. Otherwise am really digging Leapfrog so far. Thank you!

Please make this happen. Probably top two of the most important features for our company.

Add a switch to have names turned on. We have 10 users in this office and it's not convenient to have to hover over each appointment or task to see who it's assigned to.

We would also love this feature!

This would be a wonderful feature, one that we may have taken for granted in our other CRM program

Activities in colors are nice, too. So, I suggest having a highlighted border, say on the left side, kind of thick, to indicated different advisors.

Would it be possible to add a feature to the calendar where I can change each user to have a different color? It would be much easier to sort through everyone's activities/schedule for the week if they could all appear in different colors. thanks

We're in an office that delivers a weekly calendar to the receptionist, so having each advisor's entries designated by a particular color would help tremendously as she answers the phones and tries to determine who is in the office and who is not.

We have several users, including several producers and accountants. It would be extremely helpful to have each user have their own color, so when you look at the calendar (for more than one user) you can easily tell whose appointment is whose. Receptionist doesn't have time to hover over each appt to determinine who it belongs to, especially during tax season.
