Option to view all activities
Please add option to view all activities under a client records. Changing the date range every time I'm in a contact is a lot of clicks.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

Please do this!!! It is very frustrating when trying to find out if someone in the office set an appointment that may be more than 6 months out. We have to guess on dates to figure out if there was an appointment which is time consuming. If we guess wrong, and there is an appointment, we look bad trying to make another.

This would be wonderful. Using the custom date range option takes too many steps.

This would be incredibly helpful because often times when I am running an activity report I am looking for all the activities in a particular category and/or type. The other filter options, like Status, do the same thing filtering by date would do, in this case, without the possibility of missing an activity because the date range is not large enough.

I dislike the today and 30 day feature when viewing a clients activities. I want to see them all activities listed with the most recent appearing on top. I always have to reaffirm future dates past 30 days by taking additional key strokes.

When pulling up a contact and you click onto their name instead of viewing past due and next 30 days of activities, is there a way to have all activities listed here or at least the next 12 months worth.
Some times our tasks coordinate with future tasks and not being able to view them here and have the clients contact info to call them on them is had and you have to toggle between this page and the actual activities page. Gets to be very time consuming. -

There is a lot of blank space on the main client screen. I would like to see all upcoming activities as well as a few past activities automatically populate there when I bring up the client. It gives me a quick snapshot of what's happening with the client. By the time I click, click, click, and look at all those different screens, I don't get much of an overview.

I agree! We use activities for client history and I think it is helpful to always see them without having to click through so many screens.

I really wish there was an option to view all activities in client file instead of having to pick past due, today or next 12 months.

It would be ideal if default view for client activities could be all... Many times items are scheduled years in advance and we have to use custom dates to view. I just want to see everything pending.

Yes. When viewing contact I want to see all scheduled activities at a glance, not just next 30 days. I want to see this every time I view a contact without having to go to other screens and type in date ranges.

Please at filter option to show "all" open activities for a specific contact or user.

an" all option" on the filter Dates on the client's open activities page so we do not have to sit there and figure out date ranges.

We need to be able to view all activities quickly!!!!! This was closed previously as "completed". It's not completed, it's a work around that is a hassle! Having to enter custom data rather than having a dropdown option is very inefficient.

As an alternative, "Past Due and Next 7 Days" and "Past Due and Next 6 Months" would probably do the trick. I don't actually want to see recurring scheduled events that are two years out...

It would be really helpful if all of activities assigned to a client could be seen when you initially click on "ACTIVITIES". Having to filter each time adds steps and is harder to track all activities that are not completed for a client.

Please give us an option to see ALL open activities for a Contact. Currently, to see all open items for a Contact, we must toggle between time filters Past Due and various other Present or Future options, or else create a Custom Date Field, which is really cumbersome. It would be really nice to see everything that is Open in one place.

I was able to go to a contact, see his open activities, whether they were past due or upcoming, all in one convenient page, now I have to remember to go to past due to see if i missed anything. VERY INEFFICIENT! I am so much less productive now!
