Show All Family and Memberships Relationships on the Same Page so that I can track Multiple Generations
The Family/household page provides a nice tree of relationships for dependents. However, when the other members become clients it creates a conflict and we must move them to a seperate contact or the head of household for children overrides address contact fields. We then must use Memberships page- which has NO easy view.
I am asking that all relationships show on the family page regardless of dependent status by having a dependent option on setup. The view would be maintained including parents grandparents kids inlaws etc. But contact data could be dependent on head of household or not dependent based on that option.
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Under notes there is an option for "show family notes" and it would be very beneficial to have and option for "Show family Activities" under the activities when on a contact page.

Looks Like the 3rd option can be done now with a custom search and save. Just need items 1 & 2 added.

We are launching a
multi-generational campaign and having trouble getting a list made
with pre-filled and organized data about a family line.
When we import lists currently we can get everyone with that last name or if you know the other last names in the family you can do a search.
We are looking for an option where you can click a button on the
family head and instantly get an import through excel or a pdf of
everyone attached to them and the relationship of that person in an
easily read format. It would be great if you could have the children
in order of age and then their children underneath their parents (like
it would be read on an actual family tree) and their birthdays.

The primary reason we have stuck with Junxure is because it is a family based CRM. Tailwag looks like it has improved on the family based approach and I think with a few changes we can finally feel comfortable changing from Junxure.
1st. Please add A family dashboard that shows all family notes, activities, emails etc.
2nd, Just like you did on the notes page, add a "show family notes" stile button to the activity and document tab.
3rd. Add a "head of household button" filter to the contact search page. -

Some clients have children and grandchildren who are also clients. If we link them all to the original source, they cannot then be linked together as their own family.
Also, along with that comes the problem that I cannot establish a true family tree. It's the primary client and a list of their children and grandchildren, instead of a branch with each of their children that would then have their own family with their spouse and children.

I was just discussing this with our assistant and we completely agree - this is frustrating to not see the family members on the main screen.

On the old Tailwag there was a box showing all the family members on the main screen. Now you have to click through to get to the information. Family Members should show on the first page of a client contact.

When you go into "Relationships", under "Know Your Client", give us an export option or a template of some sort to create a visual family tree. This way advisors can clearly see a chart **** out in front of them of who the client is associated with and determine where there are opportunities for referrals.
