More Automation Triggers!
Suggestions for things that would trigger an automation:
1. Completion of a workflow (ex: it would trigger a new workflow to be added)
2. Service agent changed/added (so if a contact is created without a service agent or the service agent is changed something could be triggered, like the adding of a workflow)
3. Contact source is added or changed
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

the way it is now basically requires every individual advisor to purchase their own database which becomes problematic for teams or advisors who occasionally work with other advisors but primarily have their own book of business. Which essentially eliminates the entire concept of having multiple teams on one database as it is now.

Seminar Attendee Status CHANGE should trigger Work Flow.

Would be great for any field to trigger an automation, including user defined fields, upon information added or changed.
