Pinned note(s) show first on main Contact Screen Note Box
I would like to see the pinned note(s) staying at the top of the quick view notes section located on the main contact screen. As of now you have to go into the contact and then click on the Notes section to the left to see any pinned notes listed at the top.

This needs so many more votes--this should be a standard feature.
Or at the very least the "important" icon needs to be 10x bigger and not so cryptic to use. having a slap-in-your face section for call-outs is a must. -

This is a no-brainer and fits with how "Timelines" work on Facebook and other social media. The purpose of a pinned note is to serve as a reminder. We never click the "Notes" area because the most important Notes for a client are on their main client page. The ability to see not only the latest notes, but with a pinned note at the top should be a standard feature.
