    We use the email archive feature (Office 365 email journaled into RedTail). Please update the Filter so that we can see results by To and From.

    Our team likes to cc the team's group email when we email clients. That way clients don't have to wade through a bunch of cc'd team members. However, since the individual team members emails are hidden inside the group email, that also means that the team members cannot view the email in "email history" in RedTail. Please add the ability to "whitelist" certain email addresses (i.e. team@awesomewealth.com) so that the team members can view the emails in "email history" in RedTail.

    My RIA has a "Doing Business As" structure whereby there is one legal RIA with multiple "Doing Business As" brands underneath. Example: RIA is Wonderful Capital, with both Wonderful Capital and Really Good Wealth teams operating underneath and using their own email domains. Therefore, Jane Doe employee has both @wonderfulcapital.com and @reallygoodwealth.com email addresses. Same person, same role, two email addresses running over the same system, with both incoming and outgoing mail over the two addresses. Please enable us to add an "alias" to the CRM system so that all of Jane Doe's emails can link to her CRM profile no matter which of the domains she uses! This would mirror how Office 365 allows us to include multiple domains through one inbox.

    I need to see all of the notes for all clients on the mobile app. Everyday, everyone in my office reads all notes. That is impossible on the mobile app! The Mobile app only shows notes at the client level. Please fix!

    Turning up the volume on this. Pointless to have UDF's if they can't be used in Advanced Search.
