Read Only Permissions
I suggest you add a VIEW ONLY as a Database Choice for Users. That way if we want our branch office(s) to be added to our database (and vice versa) as Users to only be able to view the database, calendar, client accounts, etc. so they can assist clients they can do so. However, we don't want the User to be able to make changes or additions to the database or calendar. This ultimately helps reps from the main office (and vice versa) with clients at the branch office to be able to assist those clients over the phone if need be because they have access to their basic account information and if an appointment needs to be scheduled you can at least view the calendar for that particular office rep and contact the reps office for making the appointment.
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

To help alleviate duplicate contacts, our office assigns specific individuals to manage calendars - however we do have one individual that does not always respect this process. We would love the option to make certain team members "read-only" in our system

View versus write permissions. It would be useful to have the ability to set permissions for separate teams / users for some to be able to only view a contact while others would have the ability to edit the contact.
