assign recurring activity for the last monday of month
i.e. if I want to put Memorial Day in as a Holiday on my calendar every year, recurring, you only have the option for the "first, second, third or fourth" but Memorial day sometimes falls on the 5th Monday because it's always the "last Monday" of a month. i.e. in 2024 it will be the 5th Monday. Make this an option in the drop-down (annually on the last ___day" of the month or so we can make it recurring monthly, every 12 months, on the last __day".

Similarly I need to be able to schedule a monthly activity for 2 business days before the last day of the month (so trades settle for a distribution) or 2 business days before the nth of the month. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd Monday is not at all useful for trading, which depends on cash flows that are scheduled by specific dates or EOM. Trading may need to occur a specific number of days BEFORE the cash flow date.
