Add a place holder for primary and contingent beneficiaries
A checklist to mark off for important documents, wills, poa's, etc.

We have a best practice of adding beneficiaries right to each account and create the PDF report when meeting with a client. Sometimes they have different benes for different accounts, so it might not be the best place on the contact record. The bene reports is really a nice touch. We also put "John's IRA" or "Mary's Bene IRA" in the product field when editing an account so that when we do the bene report, we can see who's account is who's.
