IMPORTANT NOTES
Just like you post birthday reminders in the green bar on the actual birthday you should have a red alert box at the top with the most important follow up questions from the last call or reminders about what you discussed on the last call. You shouldn't have to click anywhere to see it, it should just be up there.

This would be beneficial to track client requests. such as a request to send a text alert whenever an email is initiated. It needs to show every time the contact record is opened.
