Improvements to Copytalk Integration
There are a few issues with the Copytalk integration that should be relatively simple fixes:
Some of the notes come into Redtail without the proper formatting (such as when using "new paragraph"), but they are properly formatted in the emailed version Copytalk sends out.
Rather than having the dictations show up as a Task when they come into Redtail, they should be categorized as a Note and automatically marked as Completed if it was successfully linked to a Contact. HOWEVER, if the integration wasn't able to assign it to a Contact (due to dictation formatting or otherwise), it should show up as Open/Incomplete with a High Importance indicator. That would allow us to easily manage things.
The Notes that get created in Redtail should included the time stamp of when the actual dictation was done (like what shows up on the bottom of the transcriptions that Copytalk sends via email).
4.Give us the ability to give the Note a title/subject via the dictation. For example, after dictating the first and last name, allow for something like, "Subject: Notes from 10/1/2020 review meeting".

The formatting differences between the emailed version and what shows up in RT is a big problem that really needs to be addressed.
