Scheduling meetings
Force a choice of attendee rather than default user as attendee. Don't allow appt. to be made until choice is made. It will force you to make sure that the attendee is correct and not user.

Is there a way to make certain fields/criteria required before an activity/appointment can be saved/scheduled? This would be helpful to prevent some user error/oversight. And particularly when we create workflows that are triggered by certain elements like Category, and are associated with a specific client, if the appointment creator forgets to add the Category, the workflow isn't triggered, and if they forgot the Client, the workflow is triggered but we won't know who it is for.
