Specifically, please provide the ability to color code "custom" types under categories in activities so that the calendar will color code the way we desire.

This will eliminate our work around that required us to create "custom" types in the type dropdown just so our receptionist (scheduler) could color code things easily on the calendar for scheduling purposes. Unfortunately, however, this work around has hindered the fuctionality of many other aspects of Redtail. We'd LOVE to use RT to it's full potential, but color coding the calendar is top priority, so everything else must wait until this is an option. Thank you!!
