Faster/Easier Access to Old Notes
When viewing notes for a client that's been with you for several years is a very time consuming task. If there were numbered notes pages, like when shopping online where you can click back to another page it'd be easier than scrolling all of the way down through 10-15 years worth of notes. One of the users in our office once had this as an option for a brief time but none of the other users for the same CRM had it. Maybe it was a beta test, but it was so helpful to easily jump back to the initial note to read about their first interaction/meeting with the advisor.
