We are currently onboarding into Redtail from Tamarac CRM and I'm trying to get our current processes to work within Redtail's workflows and it is a struggle. Our current tasks have a description box like Redtail's but then there is also a follow up notes box as well that can always be added to or edited until that task is completed. Here are the issues we've encountered and my suggestions:
- With a non-workflow redtail task there is the linked notes section. Why is that not available within a workflow task? Could this be added?
- We had planned to put our follow up notes below the items listed in the description box as a solution, but then noticed once you complete a workflow, you don't have the ability to fully open/view that task again. You can only see a short view of it if you hover on it and then have to scroll all the way down however long it is. We take A LOT of notes in some type of tasks, so this just isn't feasible for us. Could you make it so the task can be expanded even after being completed to fully view it and read through all information in it without having to scroll a ton?
