How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

Searching by client nickname

When searching for a client by their nickname and last name (for example: Bob Jones, instead of Robert Jones), it does not pull up the client.

    This one is a "no brainer"! Why hasn't this simple feature been implemented from Day One!?
