Connecting Calendly links &/or Outlook calendar into Activity Templates, where specific Calendly links can be embedded into Activity Templates &/or is synced into Redtail / Outlook calendar.

It would be ideal to have automations set up where workflows are triggered based on contacts/ emails autonomously scheduling meetings based on Category &/or Types.

Instead of having Calendly to do stuff on their end, why can't Redtail just sync Outlook calendar into Redtail's calendar, so it knows when we have meetings and who those meetings are with based on the associated email to the Outlook calendar event and the Redtail contacts, where those events automatically create a Redtail meeting Activity from an Activity Template, and therefore automatically could launch a Workflow upon setting up an automation template to trigger a workflow when the meeting is scheduled via Calendly.
