Customer Support
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Redtail currently uses Glia for customer service. This is probably one of the most archaic customer service providers I've come in contact with in the applications used.
It's very frustrating because if I lose contact with the person I'm with for Redtail Customer Support, then I have to start all over. Then I have to click several buttons and go somewhere else to access my chat history. Then if I want to continue a dialogue then I have to do this through email or in a different spot in Redtail. This is very annoying.
I highly recommend switching over to Intercom. It's the provider Precise FP uses, and it's SO nice and convenient. I can click the chat icon, create a new chat, jump right back into the chat I was in, or access my entire chat history.
This is extremely flexible and convenient and would greatly improve Redtail client satisfaction because our problems are getting solved faster and it's all more organized and accessible to us.
