A "Pop-Up Warning" when you open a contact's page
When opening a contact's page, it would be extremely helpful to be able to enable a pop-up warning of some kind that you need to click out of before viewing the contact's page. In another CRM that I've used, this was an extremely helpful feature. Not all clients had it, it was only if you wanted it there.
I used it for alerting myself and other staff members if there was something that was urgent and necessary for EVERYONE to know before talking to this client on the phone or emailing them.
A few examples would be:
This client works night-shift, but does not put their phone on silent and can only be called after 3pm
or
Client A is going through a nasty divorce AND being sued by their soon to be ex-spouse. Client B (soon to be ex-spouse), calls in and is requesting personal information, but Client A has specifically instructed us to not provide ANY information to Client B. (I understand that it's obviously standard to only provide information directly to the client and not speak to anyone else about their accounts. But we all make mistakes and when it's spouses that are both clients, it would be good to have an urgent reminder of the situation so you can speak carefully.)
or
A client that has dementia calls in and is requesting a distribution, but we have power of attorney on file and we need to check with the POA before making any transactions of any kind.
or
The prospective client calls in requesting a meeting with the financial professional, but we decided to not do business with them because of suspicious activity or treatment of staff.
There are PLENTY of other scenarios I could come up with, but I'm hoping you understand with the few I've provided. I know that there are places where this information can be put in, like in the "Important Information" ! in the upper right of a contact page, but it's not a normal part of my routine when answering an incoming phone call. If there was a way that this stopped us in our tracks to read the information before any interaction with a client or prospect. Even if there was a setting within the "Important Information" ! where you could "Enable Pop-Up Warning" and the pop up said "CHECK IMPORTANT INFORMATION".
