Adding an Alert activity for all the Past Due Activities would be a good reminder and beneficial to add to the Home Page on Redtail- If the activities become a week old. This would be helpful so you don't miss any activities that fall through the cracks, due to a busy day or if you had a sick day. Sometimes we don't remember to check our past dues and they end up in the Past Due page for a long time. Because they are no longer visible to us until you click on the button that says Past Due. A weekly reminder would help.
