activity range
When on a contact record. Give the ability to change the defaulted range from "Past Due & Next 30" to any of the other options shown on the activity page within the contact record.

Better activity view on contact record is critical. No easy way currently to view ALL activities and Notes, Open and closed at household level? When preparing for review meeting or just wanting to get a quick idea of what is going on with client lately (sort newest to oldest). PITA to check both spouse records, Notes AND Activities, Open AND Completed.
