Currently when a workflow is generated via an automation by an activity trigger, there is a link at the top of the activity to be able to go to the workflow generated. There should be a similar link on the top or somewhere on the workflow page that goes back to the activity it's linked to.

Why is this necessary if the activity is open already in another tab of your browser you may ask?

Because you can open workflows from other places in the CRM and not have quick access to the activity or even know what activity it's linked to because all generated workflows have the same exact subject when generated.

It's impossible working through a filtered list of workflows and be able to quickly jump to the activity its associated with. It requires digging and scrolling to find the activity that might match (and only if you were proactive in changing the subject of the workflow to match the activity somehow with a unique identifying word/account number/subject.
