Separate completed tasks from Notes
It would be nice to have completed tasks and notes in separate categories to keep things organized. Notes should just be meeting dictations and document random client requests. This way meeting notes can easily be reviewed and stored in one place, and you can easily access previous tasks if you need to relook at something you have done.
Also, you would be able to pull reports on InProgress tasks, completed tasks and previous meeting notes for the advisors
