Thank you for working on a Client Review function.What you put together is a god start, but need flexibility to reflect reality and to remain compliant by not altering past dates. What do I mean? If my frequency is 3 month, and my "last Review" was 9/10/2025 the system sets 12/10/2025 as "next review date". The problem is 12/10 may not be a date the adviser can meet or a date the client can meet. Maybe its 12/17/2025 that works for both. The way your system works today is that I have to alter the "last review date" to 09/17/2025 in order to set the "next review date' to 12/17/2025 - our actual scheduled review date. First, its a compliance issue that we are altering the date and time of a past event. Second, it does not allow for reality. Seldom do you schedule a review "exactly" 3 months or 6 months or whatever, from the "exact" date of the previous review. How to fix it? Make the "next review date" editable. Allow us to keep the "last review" on the date we actually met the client, and allow us to edit the "next review" to a nearby date that works for both the adviser and the client. If it happens to NOT be exactly 90 days from the previous review date - that's OK, and that is the reality of how it works anyway. Also, there are situations where the client needs to adjust their date/time even after the "next review" date is set, so it should have that flexibility built in too. Until that functionality is available the entire Client Review function is a no go. Thank you, Andy S.
