birthday reminder for deceased?
I think it's odd that birthday notices still pop up when a contact is marked as deceased. Is there a way to ensure that emails, notices, birthdays, client reviews, and other automations recognize that a client is deceased? This has caused embarrassing exchanges in the past where something was sent out to a deceased client and their spouse interprets it as an office that is out of touch with their 'valued' clients.
