For note categorization, it would be great to have two new features. First, the ability to change what activity a note is linked to, allowing an existing note to be easily linked to a new activity or multiple activities. This would be particularly helpful for notes made on the mobile app or notes accidentally created for the client without being linked to a particular activity.
Second, it would be helpful to have an additional field on notes for sort date/order. Sometimes we start a new activity and include notes from other activities for reference, and it would be helpful to be able to retroactively adjust the order in which notes appear. This way we wouldn't lose the log date when copying and pasting notes.
