Review Frequency should be More Flexible
I suggest that for the review frequency you make so that you DON'T have to fill out every little piece to it. i.e. If the client likes to meet once a year typically in March, you can select just that verus taking the next step and selecting Friday and then the 3rd week of..
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!
Entering the clients first review date and then expecting it to always be annually on that date is unrealistic. The review date needs more flexibility.
When scheduling a review appointment it would be beneficial if reviews linked to clients information. For instance it would be wonderful if a client came in on the exact review month but that doesnt always happen. From what I can see if a client misses their review month then it jumps to the next year. example scheduled 5/1/2013 missed the appointment in May reschedules to meet 5/1/2014. so you do not have a review with this client until next year! Can we link a client to their appointment. or somehow show missed appointments???
