  1. Expand the dashboard times

    Have the Dashboard cover more than just today, possibly a rolling week or some longer period of time for Activities and Workflows. The due date (today) designation isn't nearly as important as seeing what's coming due and needs to be worked on in order to be done by the due date (today.)

  2. Wedding anniversary not be reported properly on Reminders Page

    On the Reminders page, when you are looking at wedding anniversaries, the message is: "9th Wedding Anniversary for x and y",
    when in fact it should say 10th Wedding anniversary. The message is telling you how many years they have been married, not what the upcoming anniversary is going to be. This is not consistent with the way birthday reminders work, where the message is telling you how old the client is going to be on the upcoming date. This used to work, but at some point in the last few months it has changed.

  4. Install a pop up option

    Install a pop up option that can be placed to pop up upon look up of client before going further. with a brief message pertaining to account.
    example- Jane Doe does not want an email to be sent to Husbands work for the next appt. Upon look up of Jane Doe this message pops up and we can remove it or keep it and carry on....

  6. Save Before Closing Warning

    When you are updating a task, there should be a window that pops up to ask if we are sure we would like to close this page without saving progress. Far too often I forget to save when looking for something else in the CRM and it would be nice to have a warning that catches some of my human error.

  7. Remove client anniversary reminder if client is terminated

    I continue to get client anniversary reminders on terminated clients even though I have entered their client termination date.

  8. Notifications

    When appointments/meetings are scheduled, we would love an option to have an audible ping or pop up notification at a scheduled time (5, 10, 15, 30 minutes) before the appointment.

  11. Retirement date alert

    My office is adding in all clients retirement date, and it would be nice to be able to get an alert for upcoming client retirement date so that a manual activity does not have to be created.

  12. Meeting alerts in the mobile app

    Please add a feature to the mobile app that will automatically vibrate the phone or have a unique ring tone to alert us of upcoming meetings / events such as 30 mintues before or 60 minutes before the activity, similar to the desk top feature.

  14. License Tracking

    It would be great to receive reminders to track agent licenses, or at least be able to run a license report so that we could periodically check to see if a license needs to renewed or if CE needs to be completed.

  15. Have a banner that notifies us user of know tech issue

    Have a banner that goes across the RT to notify user of know tech issues or great updates to avoid us calling in, hold times, and tying up support line.

  16. IMPORTANT NOTES

    Just like you post birthday reminders in the green bar on the actual birthday you should have a red alert box at the top with the most important follow up questions from the last call or reminders about what you discussed on the last call. You shouldn't have to click anywhere to see it, it should just be up there.

  17. Alert choices should be built into the editing of an appt/task/activity etc.

    Alerts should be a choice when setting up a task activity or appt. We should be able to assign it to only the items we want to be alerted to, not just "on" or "off". There should be choices for time, how many alerts, type of alert, etc similar to Google calendar alerts. Thanks!

    The "Important Information" Box needs to be more Visible or there needs to be a 'bigger indication' that it contains information rather than simply making it red. The Majority of us use the "Timeline View" when looking at a Contact because it gives us all Contact Information (phone #'s Email, TimeLine, upcoming Activities, etc) At A Glance. However, the "IMPORTANT INFORMATION" Box is excluded from this! Making it Red often times is not a big enough 'attention grabber' to let others know it contains Important Information.   19. give us an alarm feature like what is in outlook for upcoming events.

    I would like to see an alert feature that allows us to set alarms/reminders for upcoming activities. this feature has been a basic function of Outlook.
