today on calendar
Please add "today" button back to calendar page to return to today from wherever you are!

Make Linked Attendee circles on Calendar optional, please!
With the 2/29/24 update to the Calendar, circles showing the initials of the Linked Attendees were added to each task. While I can see that this is a useful feature, it would be great if this were an optional, turn-on/turn-off feature. For instance, I am the only user/linked attendee on my account, so it just has my initials on every single task, which is totally unnecessary (for me and others like me). It just crowds up my calendar and makes it harder to see the bigger picture. It is really bothersome. Please consider making this optional. Thank you.

ability to remove new attendee dots on calendar
Having initial dots on the calendar just adds to the confusion. Having the ability to 'choose' if they are there would be benificial.

hide linked attendee initials
The new (3/1/24) feature showing linked attendees initials on all activities has no utility for sole practitioners like me. Redtail should provide an option to hide the initials on calendar activities so that valuable screen space is not cluttered with irrelevant info.

Switch calendar back to how it looked prior to 3/1/2024
The blocks on the new calendar are too big now. Please switch them back to how they were before. Also, there should be a feature to remove the user initials on the caledar task, especially if there is only one user. The initials are distracting. Also, they removed the button to easily switch back to the current month. Please put that back on.

Give option to revert back to the previous calendar settings (old Redtail CRM)
The calendar needs to have a feature that allows you to pick how you want the users' names to show. The old way showed the full name of the user the tasks belonged to. The new way uses just the initials with a large circle around them. The new way takes up too much space and makes the task/activities boxes much larger than they need to be. Please give an option to pick how we want to users' names to show in the activity/task boxes.

calendar today button
Add the "today" button back on the calendar. The update you literally just made to the calendar does not make it easier to navigate and having that "today" button made it quicker and easier to get back to where you need to be on the calendar.

Attendee Dots
These look terrible. The plain text was so much easier to read. This change makes my calendar harder to read and highlights the least important part of the calendar event.
Please revert to plain text so those of us without perfect vision can continue to use Redtail.

Remove the attendees from the calendar view!
The newest update has little bubbles for who is attending, but it completely clutters our calendar. We should have the option to hide that from the calendar view. We can scroll over to view attendees. Please undo this update, or give us the option to remove it from our view.

Restore the Previous Calendar format that included TIMES in a column along the Left
You changed formats and we LOST a functionality that we use multiple times a day. Namely, being able to print a calendar that INCLUDES times in a column on the LEFT, which also allows appointments to ALIGN by time (ie, there is a blank space, basically a 'space holder' where no appointment is scheduled.

Chat bubble is covering up information.
Please find a way to temporarily hide the chat bubble. I can see who created a calendar event, but can't see what time a calendar event was created. My browser is set to 100% zoom.

Office 365 Suite Sync
It would be very helpful to sync the contact or contacts to a meeting when syncing the calendar from Redtail into Office 365. That way we are able to tell whose client meeting it is.

Generate an alert to notify the client of a meeting.
It would be very helpful to have an automated alert go to the client when we schedule a meeting. This way they can reply to reschedule, cancel, or keep appointment. If they decide to keep appointment, a reminder notification would work great, days before the meeting.

Allow .ics files to save to Redtail calendar
The majority of the business world uses this file format to send calendar items (e.g. Outlook). It's extremely cumbersome to have to open an .ics file, copy the meeting information/link/etc and paste it into an Activity in Redtail.

Drag and Drop Workflow Tasks
It would be nice to be able to drag and drop Workflows tasks on the Calendar like you are the activities.

time zone
Auto-change time zones when traveling on the Redtail Mobile App. Currently there is no way to update the time-zone through preferences on the mobile app. When I am traveling my calendar stays in my home time-zone. Can a feature be added so the calendar either auto-updates to my location or gives me the option to update from the app?

Be able to change calendar color when managing multiple calendars
It would be helpful for those of us who have to manage several calendars simultaneously, to be able to have the option of choosing a different color in our own Redtail settings for each calendar. For instance, if I manage 5 calendars, there is nothing differentiating them when I need to look at all 5 calendars at the same time. This seems like such a basic feature that I was shocked when I realized it's not already available. Are there plans for this? Thank you!!

automated call assignment
I used to use Goldmine CRM. They would allow you to take a number of contacts, 100, 300, 500, etc and assign those contacts to disbursed over into your calendar a quarter. You would look at your calendar and see that you had 7 calls to make that day, as an example. It was a great way to make calls to all of your contacts in a given timeframe. A quarter would give you 60 work days. I have 700 prospects to call in those 60 days. Goldmine showed me 11 contacts on my calendar that i "had" to call.…

add mile stone dates
Have the ability to add milestone dates to a client that would appear on the dashboard similiar to 'Today's Birthdays'. This would allow the ability to track and acknowledge various life events of clients that could enhanve the customer experience. Milestone date examples are retirement date, surgery date, anniversary date.

Meeting Invite
Please add a meeting invite feature in the calendar. Currently, my Redtail calendar items automatically export to my Google Calendar. From there, I have to invite meeting attendees. Please add this feature inside of Redtail.
