Show Servicing Advisor/include as sort option within Seminars
Right now the only way to segment seminar attendee statuses by servicing advisor is to pull separate attendee category lists, bulk action each one with a tag, and then use advanced search to narrow each tag down by servicing advisor. This is a massive pain. We should be able to segment that information directly within seminars, OR be able to include seminar attendee status as a variable in advanced search.

When adding a note at the client level, include ability to link a seminar
We should be able to link notes from the client's contact card to an existing seminar, just like we can link a note to another existing client.

Seminar REGISTRANTS v. Invited Contacts
If the "Add Attendee" button is what tells Redtail Seminars that the contact should be included in the ATTENDEES count, how can I indicate in a contact’s account that they were invited to the event and not include the invitees to the ATTENDEES count? Not every contact that is invited actually attends. Not every contact that registers to an event actually attends. There should be differentiation/distinction between these, and a quick summary/count should be available in Redtail Seminars.
Is there a way to add a new field/column/count that will show INVITED (separate count/list from attendees)?

Seminar REGISTRANTS v. Invited Contacts
Please set up Seminar so that the count that appears at the top of the page counts the contacts who have registered to attend the event, not just counting all contacts that have been linked to/invited to the event.
For instance, we have 50+ registrants and that count doesn’t appear at the top of the page, but the number of contacts that have been added to the Seminar/event (invitees) appears at the top of the page as attendees, which isn’t an accurate summary of actual registrants.

Have seminars section be able to convert to the calendar.
When adding a seminar event, I should be able to put that seminar onto the calendar with a click of a button. Instead, I manually put the seminar into the Calendar.

Allow Seminars to be seen on calendar in phone app.
While using the phone app you cannot see scheduled seminars while looking at the calendar. It would be very nice to not have to switch to the seminar tab.

It would be helpful to have alerts for seminars to remind users in the system of upcoming events.

Delete under a contacts list of seminars should not delete the entire seminar
When in an existing contact under the seminars where you can link a contact has a bad issue. If you click on the seminar and click delete - it deletes the entire seminar instead of removing just that contact. It should just remove that contact. Every single employee we have had since we have gotten Redtail has now deleted a seminar. It's counter intuitive.

Show Attendee Status for Seminar in Contact
In the contact record under seminars it tells you WHAT seminar they signed up for but it doesn't tell you their "Status" (if they attended or not) It currently shows the status of the Seminar - Active or Prior however it should show the status of the attendee. The seminar status is not helpful data.

Add "Notes" Column Next to Each Contact on Attendees for Seminar Page
When looking at the invited attendees for a seminar it would be great to have an added column for notes where you can attach a note to each attendee in the seminar. For instance, if they require handicapped assistance or a specific meal choice for an event, you could note it next to their response and easily see their note. When looking at "Attendees for Seminar" it would include contact, contact status, phone, email, guests, attendee status and NOW attendee notes. This would be EXTREMELY beneficial for our firm.

Active Seminar Status
PLEASE RECONSIDER creating a bulk action for active seminars!

Ability to Convert Guests in Seminar to a Contact
When we host a client event, we utilize seminars in Redtail. We invite both guests and clients, with the hope that some of the guests become clients of the firm. It would be great to have the guests automatically added as a contact, or possibly have the ability to select which guests you would like to convert to a contact in Redtail.

Seminar Management - true total of guests
Need a TRUE total of attendees (inclusive of attendees and guests). Currently Redtail gives the numbers separately and I have to add them together so I know the true number of individuals coming to the event.

Change calendar color when a seminar is marked as prior
It is currently possible to change the assigned color for a seminar so that the seminar blocks appear in the designated color on the calendar. However, when you change the status from active to prior, there is no 'complete' color like there is for other activities. The seminars forever hang out there in pink (in our case). We'd LOVE it if the seminars would also change to the completed color.

On the Seminar Sign-in Sheet, include the event name that we have created
This would just be added to the existing pdf that Redtail has. We sometimes have multiple seminars going on or when one is ending the another is starting and it would be nice to have the title at the top of the sign in sheet or even the other reports that you already have.

seminars on homepage
On the old redtail, you were able to look at the seminars on the right hand side where the "tags" were to see how many seminars the client went to at a snap shot. Now with the new redtail, you have to go to the left side, and click on the seminars tab and it takes you to a new page. Can you please change it to where we can see the seminars on the homepage? It is more difficult now than before.
