  1. To be able to find all client profiles without photos

    We would like to be able to search all clients who do not have a profile picture and then add them in accordingly. Right now some of our photos from an older file system do not have photos and we have been searching alphabetically which is extremely time consuming. If there is a report that can show which clients do not have a photo it would save a lot of time.

  2. Records with No Activity in MORE than 365 days

    In the Contact Reports - No Contact Report - please extend the date beyond 365 days - I would like to find records with no activity in 5 years.

  4. How to Know your Client Better

    On the Contact Page, at the bottom where Keywords are shown. . . .you should replace the Tag Dialogue box with Personal Interests. This allows you to scroll down and make pertinent conversation with the client by viewing their Personal Interests while you are on the phone with them. For example, when talking to Joe Smith - you can ask him about his golf game, his dog, his birding adventures, etc.

  6. archive all contact details with one click

    It would be great if there were a "Archive All" option in the contact card section so you could archive ALL phones, email, addresses at once vs doing this individually.

  7. Make the Past Due and Next 30 list in descending order from most RECENT date.

    We need the most recent date at the top of the screen for important client calls, so we don't have to scroll down through years of past appointments! Thank you, Erica

  12. User Defined Fields - Add Option for "Select Multiple" List

    Right now in RedTail there are only options to add a User Defined field with the following data types: Any Text; Date; List of Values; Number; True or False; Yes or No.

    I would like a field that is similar to the list of values, in that we can code a specific group of values that the user can select from, but I would like the user to be able to select multiple items from the list that apply, rather than just one (which is the current default).

    Give us a link we can send a new contact to input their OWN data into RT. Right now, we send aform to them to fill out contact info - they manually type it out and send it back to us. Then we manually input it into RT. Why not just do the inputs once and have them populate their own profile. It's 2023, this should be easy to do.

  17. Employer Field - Add dropdown feature to list Employers the user can select from

    Our office has dozens of group retirement plans. When adding a new employee contact record, we want our office associates to select from a list of employers. Currently the Employer Field is open to any text allowing office associates to enter employer any which way. For example. IBM may be listed as IBM or International Business Machines or Intl Bus Machines. Because we use the employer field in creating quick lists, it is not useful if the employer field is not entered consistently. This is why I suggest a dropdown.
