  1. Roles & Permissions Changes & Customizations

    1. I've voted for many similar posts but want to reiterate how important it is for our team (not just admins) to be able to see who is assigned as a contact's Advisor, Associate Advisor and CSA. Workflow tasks are assigned to these people but our staff can't make sure their set up correctly.

    2. I don't understand the point of having a Servicing Advisor and Writing Advisor AND THEN also the above roles? Why not just have those three listed on the contact's main screen. It's redundant and confusing. Simplification would be greatly appreciated.

  2. show power of attorney on contact details

    If client has a Power of Attorney, there should be a field readily visible on the main client record screen. A customizable field could work for this too. There should also be a way to link that POA's Redtail contact (not thru family set-up) to the client's contact record.

  3. Primary Contact - Add link to that person's record

    Within the Primary Contact box, include a link to access that person's record within Redtail. For any additional information on that person now, you have to go under "Memberships" to find their record or search for their record. If the link is provided, you just click the link and it takes you directly to their record.

  4. recruiting

    In the Recruiting side, having that area be editable so that the data there fits with the broker dealer experience and lingo. There are many fields that don't apply to us and it would be great to save space and remove them. Also, there are combinations that I don't know the definition of so it would be wonderful to edit them

  5. Contact Card

    On the Contact Card
    I would like to be able to add a note: examples

    Don't call until after 10am
    In Florida Nov-Mar
    Call Jane's Cell 1st then John's Cell 2nd then Home 3rd or email 1st

    Also, the color of all primary phone and home and local time in dark red and all others in regular black, the red is hard to see which is lighter.

  6. Life Partner

    When adding a life partner to a record, we need to have the link to show up to their record; not just a family name. It needs to look and functionality needs to be the same as the spouse.

  7. Customizable Contacts Home Page

    Ability to customize contact page home screen so that we can see all contacts in a list with their primary number/address/last meeting date/ age/ etc. Salesforce has this ability and it greatly streamlines our workday.

    When merging a record, it appears as a new record. Because of that, when we have an automation created that links a workflow to a new prospect, a workflow is being tied to this prospect. They are not new but look that way when records are merged.

  10. Mandatory fields for Servicing Advisor and Contact Status

    Please make fields Servicing Advisor and Contact Status a mandatory field that must be entered before saving the contact record.

  13. Objectives to be expanded to 5 levels as No BD or Custodian uses 4

    Know your client section. The Objective field is antiquated it needs to be expanded to include 5 levels.

  16. Please restore the "more defined" borders on contact pages. Current view is difficult to track.

  17. Business Clients - additional info needed.

    1. Business Clients need to have a field to list the "Owners".

    2. We have many that offer Simple IRA's that we use Keywords to pull reports, but it would be great to have a field on the contact card that allows this information at a glance.

  18. More contrast on Contact Record Page, too much white- boxes run together

    One suggestion I'd make with the latest update is readjusting the contrast in colors on the contact page for each individual client. Currently there is minimal contrast between the different boxes of Contact Card, Contact Details, Adding a Note, etc. It makes it difficult to see where boxes start and end now, things start to run together now.

  19. larger photo

    The photo field is entirely TOO small. The space where the client photo is located is totally under utilized. The photo area should be square (not round) and LARGER. Simply move the client name field more to the right and enlarge the photo to take advantage of the area.

  20. Adding Mobile Text

    We use Redtail to keep contact records for our all our financial advisors. Since there's a big push for mobile supervised texting, in the phone drop down, can you just add "Mobile Text" and that when its seen by a program like MyRepChat, it knows to sync to that record.
