How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

  1. Puppies all the time?

    Is there any way you could put a puppy on the home page? You have such cuties.....and it would be nice to be able to click and see them throughout the day when life gets stressful! Some days I don't want to log in because I want to stare at the puppy all day. Just a thought! Thank you!

  2. allow today view to to show our preference of today's activities

    I want the ability to change the preference on Today to show Today's activities AND past due at the same time. Sure, it isn't for everyone, which is why I should be able to turn it on only if I'd like.

  3. To Do List

    Would love to have the ability to keep a running to-do list on the Today page for open-ended items. This would be great for those items that are important but don't have a due date. Would also be nice if a priority level could be assigned and if they could be linked to contacts.

  4. customize today page

    In old training videos the TODAY page had the client charts and other "tiles" on the screen. My TODAY page has "tiles" I will never use. I think it would be great to be able to customize the things you can see on your TODAY page to remove the "tiles" you don't need and add things like the Clients graphs or Quick Links that are unique to each user in the database.

  6. Allow Default Setting for Past Due Activities/Workflow Items

    Please allow a default setting to view all current and past due items. Having to manually find past due items really defeats the point of having assigned items to begin with. Thanks!

  8. Increased Limit on "Things to do Today"

    Can we please increase the limit of the "things to do today" from 100 to unlimited or at least higher than 100 for those who have a lot of activities to accomplish in one day?

  9. Enable Custom Columns on Today Screen - We Don't Use Location

    It would be nice if there was a way to remove the location column on the today screen. We never use it and it takes up space. Additionally, if there was a way to customize columns that are viewable on the Today Overview page, it could be very helpful.

  10. Team Notice Acknowledgement

    Sometimes a team notice is very important for everyone to see. It would be nice to be able to allow users to acknowledge it so you know when everyone in the office has seen it. Also maybe it should pop-up as a window to dismiss when you first login so you can't miss it.

  11. Sorting of "Activities"

    Sorting of "Activities". I sort my activities, first by date (descending), then by assigned number (ascending), then by "!" (importance). This should give me today's "important", #1 tasks at the top of the list.

    Tailwag appears to only sort by one column, and has to be resorted EVERY TIME THE SCREEN IS REFRESHED.

    Please add the ability to choose sort parameters that stay in effect until I change them.

    This is a HUGE issue for me.
