    Turning up the volume on this. I need this for the Custom Exports feature so that we can include the client State in the right Custom Export without having the whole address. Please add!!

    Yes! Or add a function such as notes per user per year or per quarter. Having it be all-time is not very helpful when staff joined the team at various times.

    Yes, please allow us to identify a status as Closed or Open. Example: we don't want to muddy up the Active/Closed stats with opportunities from previous years... so we want to have "Closed Won - 2016" as a status. That is obviously a Closed status, but we need a function in RedTail to mark it that way... otherwise they show up as Active!

    Opportunity Type (Editing Types).
    We have multiple channels of service - Advisory, Investment Only, Planning & Consultation. Please enable us to either edit the "Type" category or add a new custom category for "Opportunity Type" so that we can track these opportunities separately. Example: a Planning & Consultation opportunity that we Close at $50k is $50k in revenue, while an Advisory client we close at $50k is more like $500 in revenue... big difference!
