    We created activity types specified for each advisor's meetings and those are all color coded (Advisor A Meeting - red, Advisor B Meeting - yellow, etc). You can literally add whatever activity types you'd like in order to accommodate your needs.

    You have the option of creating your own custom membership fields. Go to Manage Your Account > Manage Database Lists (at the bottom of the page) > Membership Codes (on the left) and add whatever fields you want.
