The ability to view family, professional, and membership connections from the CRM profile would be very valuable. Being able to view these details at a glance would be beneficial while dealing with a client "live" whether in person or on the phone. These brief glaces at these details often act as reminders on topics of conversation or relevant family updates that would likely be brought up during that conversation.
For example, sometimes a client refers to a person by name but it would be rude or impersonal to not already know that this person is either a son or a late husband or even an attorney they've been working with..HISTORY BELOW:

It would be nice to see everyone involved with the family in one place, CPA, Attorney, Brother, Sister, Parents, Grown Children with their own family trees etc.36

Thank you for your feedback! you can see everyone involved with the family in one place by running a Membership Report that can be found in the contact Options, and in Common Tasks withing a contact record! Here is a link that will help you with that.

Better still, set up the tree so that various relationships can be added or removed from the tree. My employer would like to see a tree for referrals (see idea http://feedback.redtailtechnology.com/forums/281220-redtail-tailwag/suggestions/9692067-create-a-referral-tree-where-multiple-generations); a tree with customized/changeable relationships would be a very powerful tool for many of us.Julia commented · July 20, 2015 10:22 AM · Flag as inappropriate
Please add the ability to show the memberships that are family as a family tree that is easy to access (from the contact page). It is vital to be able to see family connections when working in the CRM.An error occurred while saving the comment Cassie

Maybe include a "Copy to a Contact" option in the drop down from each contact detail.

Shared family contact information would be fantastic. This would hopefully help to minimize errors when updating multiple clients/profiles when a whole family moves to the same address. Or at least have an option to choose whether a contact detail is an individual contact (such as a cell phone number) or a shared, family contact (a family residence or vacation home).

Would like a family tree function to indicate who's related to who but not necessarily within the same immediate family unit/household. In our office, we try not to include children in the family name function unless they're minors but we have large family networks in our clientele who frequently hold appointments in the office at the same time. Some names are very generic so when a client says that he and his mother/aunt/cousin/grandchild/nephew/etc are coming in for a review together, it's difficult to search and locate names/profiles in order to add them to a calendar event.

Include non-dependents as family-tree members. POA, Siblings, parents, grown children, grand children, aunts and uncles, etc

I would love if there was a prompting screen or more ovibsou indication when entering a new note into the client's Notes to be able to tell IF and WHAT Activities are currently opened and IF and WHAT Activities have been closed within the last 31 calendar days or so.

right-click on calendar event to complete activity so we can quickly review our calendar and "complete" online what has already done (sometimes away from the computer throughout the day). Opening each activity just to click a second complete button is time consuming and unnecessarily distracting

Having to manually run a report and then then have to go manually retrieve a report isn't worth while until an extensive project on data analyse is underway and this is almost never the case.
