Our office doesn't even utilize the accounts section because you aren't able to name the accounts. I would make it significantly more convenient, especially if this data was able to sync/export.

If you could replicate the technique of Microsoft that would be extremely helpful. For example, if two users are in a single document, you can see everyone that has it open and see live changes. Most users appear to add notes directly to an activity description rather than in the "notes" section because it is easier to view and keeps everything in one place rather than individual notes posting to a contact record that might be confusing standing alone. Even just modifying the notes section of an activity and making it more like a comment section that doesn't post to the contact until the activty is complete could possibly resolve this issue.

Is there any updates on this? It would be very helpful to add "task" notes instead of everything, as Hayley mentioned, jumbled under "step" notes. That way a user could see just the notes under that particular task. Step notes could then be utilized to see all task notes in one spot/pdf. Even labeled as such. For example: clicking on step notes under step 1, would open a pop-up window that listed task 1 notes as a header and then all of it's notes, task 2 as the next header and so forth.

This would be great and reduce the chances of missing something and being more timely on certain life changing events such as UTMA registrations. Pulling a report for these types of things are as useful.

Having automation for when an activity is updated would also be helpful if we update/change the category. For instance, if the category is left off by accident. Updating to the proper category would still kick off a specific workflow.
