Recurring Activity Attendees
There is a glitch in the system. In a recurring activity, if I send the one of them to a different attendee to complete their section it assigns that attendee to all the future ones in the series, even when selecting "Occurance" during the update to that one. Please fix so we can use as intended moving forward.

email attendees on date of future dated activities
All activity attendees, including the creator of the activity, should receive an email 'reminder' on the date specified for the activity to occur. This will allow us to better manage our client relationships and to-do lists.

Hover for activity to see description on the contact screen
When in the Activities tab for our entire database, you are able to hover over the activity and a small popup window displays the description of the activity. I would like the same functionality when you are on an individual contact page viewing activities. It saves a lot of clicks.

CSA in Activity Attendee Drop-Down
Add the check box for "CSA" in the attendee drop-down inside each Activity to easily assign it to the CSA that is already assigned to that client, that way we don't have to go lookup who it is first.

Linking a note to a spouse
When linking an older note to a spouse, the date shows in the spouses activities/notes as the date you added it. It would be wonderful if it could show the original date.
It would also be wonderful to link all of the notes at once with the original dates.

Activity Email Notifications
Can you please add an option to have a notification go to your email on the day that there is an activity assigned to us? We get notified when an activity is first assigned, completed, and updated but we do not receive one on the actual day the activity occurs. This would be useful because we often set activities months or years ahead of time and the initial notification is not as useful when the activity is far away from the current date. It would be nice to receive that notification so that we make sure we do not miss…

Today and "Coming Up" on Mobile App
It would be extremely helpful to see more than just one activity in the "coming up" section of all activities. It would be nice to be able to see all activities that are coming up in that section.

create a popup asking me if I'm sure i want to close a task that I've edited but not saved
when adding or editing an activity, would love a pop up to warn me if i'm about to close the activity without saving after editing. I got distracted mid-task-creation this week and when i came back to CRM, did not pay enough attention and just clicked away from the activity and poof, it was gone along with the work thus far. maybe just 'Hey idiot, you've changed this activity and not saved it yet, are you sure you want to navigate away?" thanks!

Add Timestamp Shortcut
We just migrated from Junxure Cloud and one feature they had that we used all the time is that at the beginning of typing anything into an Activity we would hit [CTRL + J] and it would stamp the date, time and user's initials automatically in the following format:
BK - 11/24/2020 - 12:59:44 PM
We would love for a similar shortcut functionality to be built in as we send our Activities back and forth between team members.

Please add
Please add "Forever" as one of the date options in the drop-down when searching activities. For the time being we have each manually entered a random date hundreds of years ago to a date hundreds of years in the future, though it was be much simpler to have a "forever" or "all" button.

insert tool line
SUPER SIMPLE!
In the activity description field, include an option to insert a "tool line" (a horizontal line that indicates a "break" between the content above and below it. Makes it so much easier to keep it clean when we use the descriptor field to enter multiple notes over time.

scheduling reoccurring activities
There used to be more options for scheduling re-occurring activities! I have client who don't always want to meet every so many days/weeks/or months.... we like to select a certain day every April and November for instance. Can we have those options returned please???!!! When the changes were made it removed A LOT of activities off our calendar and clients are getting confused now.

It would be helpful if we could change the default font, to a larger font, in the body of the activity.

activity in use alert
If 2 people are editing an activity at the same time it messes up what information is saved. There should be an alert like there is in word/excel such as "activity is locked for editing by user1, would you like to open a read only copy?"
