  1. IMPORTANT NOTES

    Just like you post birthday reminders in the green bar on the actual birthday you should have a red alert box at the top with the most important follow up questions from the last call or reminders about what you discussed on the last call. You shouldn't have to click anywhere to see it, it should just be up there.

  3. give us an alarm feature like what is in outlook for upcoming events.

    I would like to see an alert feature that allows us to set alarms/reminders for upcoming activities. this feature has been a basic function of Outlook.

  4. Click through from activity update e-mail to the activity

    If you get an activity update alert email, it would be more efficient to be able to click a link in the email and have it take you directly to that task.

  6. 1) Create a way to list important alerts on CRM files as a moving banner on the client contact page

    My old CRM program had a feature where we could write in a speical alert or message for the client that would scroll their contact page as a notice. I realize Redtail has an alert (exclamation point) on the contact page that gets activated if we enter in a message, but that's cumbersome and easily forgotten. As an example of why I think such a banner or space for such a notation is necessary: I have a client that had identity fraud a few years back. She has us verify it is her everytime she calls.   7. New alert feature for when a workflow step has moved to you

    New alert feature for when a workflow step has moved to you - so in the right hand corner of the home page it will have a notification pop up so that you know a new task has been moved to you. Otherwise people forget to click there.

    My office is adding in all clients retirement date, and it would be nice to be able to get an alert for upcoming client retirement date so that a manual activity does not have to be created.

  9. reminder

    I would like a pop-up reminder (think Google calendar) for appointments, on the phone app. This would be useful if it allowed a customized (1 hour in advance, etc.) setting, unique to each appointment, that would have an audible and pop-up reminder on the phone.

  10. Speak Alert in CRM

    Under the old speak when there were unread messages there was a notification of the number of unread speak messages in the CRM Speak icon (three dots). This no longer happens. You must have the speak window open to get a notification, which is not optimal. It takes me much longer to notice speak message notifications than before.

    I would like to have speak notifications be made in the CRM window where they used to be, since the CRM is always open.

  11. Important Information Banner

    It would be a super helpful feature to have an Important Information Banner automatically pop up when visiting a clients page. This could be a helpful feature for stating information like:
    - Client is hard of hearing
    - Clients' name is pronounced....
    - Client does not want reviews e-mailed to them, only mailed.

    This would mimic the green banner that shows when its a clients birthday or the red banner that shows that a client is deceased.

    This Important Information banner could be yellow or orange to separate it from the above two features.

  12. It'd really be nice to have the ability to apply multiple alerts in intervals

    It'd really be nice to have the ability to apply multiple alerts in intervals. As an example, remind me 1 day ahead, 2 hours ahead, and then 10 mins ahead. If that can be added, I’ll never be late for anything again. The end user would be able to apply in days or minutes of their choosing in multi-intervals.

  13. License Tracking

    It would be great to receive reminders to track agent licenses, or at least be able to run a license report so that we could periodically check to see if a license needs to renewed or if CE needs to be completed.

  14. dog barking

    Dog Barking sound ... Can we add some alternative sounds to the system? The dog barking has convinced all my clients that I apparently work from home which although may be cute, is not the case. Secondly, the other available chime option simply blends away with every text, ringtone, office phone, etc. that exists in a workplace. Until the pop-up feature gets incorporated which would hopefully work even if you are viewing a separate browser at the time of the needed reminder, maybe a few misc. sound options would suffice.

    The "Important Information" Box needs to be more Visible or there needs to be a 'bigger indication' that it contains information rather than simply making it red. The Majority of us use the "Timeline View" when looking at a Contact because it gives us all Contact Information (phone #'s Email, TimeLine, upcoming Activities, etc) At A Glance. However, the "IMPORTANT INFORMATION" Box is excluded from this! Making it Red often times is not a big enough 'attention grabber' to let others know it contains Important Information.
