Make adding a step to a workflow easier
Would it be possible to create an "Add a new step here" button on the workflow templates? Or something that allows you to drop a step in where you want it; instead of creating them at the bottom of the template and then having to move it?

Allow option to choose number of days visible on workflow tasks from home screen
Current home screen shows only workflow tasks due that day. However, we need to see upcoming tasks, especially when then fall on weekends. You should be able to view 'next 7 days' or something along those lines. We utilize workflows quite extensively in our practice, and being able to see tasks that are upcoming would be helpful. Nobody sees what is posted on the weekend.

Automation Trigger
Please add an "Activity changed" or "Activity updated" trigger event for workflow automations. We are integrated with ScheduleOnce so I am trying to have a workflow template attach to an activity if I change the type and category (I can only have it set to one type and category when the activity is created via a ScheduleOnce appointment scheduled.
Another workaround could be the ability to manually attach workflow templates to individual activities but I was told that was also not possible.

Allow for parallel flows through Workflow with dependencies on Workflow Tasks and not just Steps.
The inability to link Workflow Task dependencies and only dependencies between steps limits the workflow capabilities. Can't start on WF Tasks in the next step until the entire step is complete. Also, allowing for multiple flows through the workflow where WF Steps/Tasks can be done in parallel would be beneficial to real world where multiple sequential paths are frequent and they should be related in the same workflow.

printer friendly workflow
When reviewing large workflows with a team, it would be helpful to be able to print the WF and note adjustments. Please add a pdf option to workflows that list steps, tasks, and outcomes.

Collapse/Expand All options for Workflow Template Editor
Writing at the time of the new Workflow Template Update (2021.05.17):
The new system for editing templates is much more compact than the previous system and it could really benefit from a way to collapse all of the tasks or steps rather than clicking them all individually. Our office works with some very long workflows and it would help with scrolling and finding the steps/tasks we'd like to edit.

Printable Overview of Workflow Templates
I am writing this at the time of the new workflow template editor update (2021.05.17). The old template editor is what I would use to get screenshots of workflows to print off and discuss in a meeting with our team. I would use screenshots of the outcomes list and the template (because it showed the full text in the task descriptions in an organized format) to compile a document we could cut apart, rearrange, and discuss if the workflow accurately guided process. Time Stamps for Task Created & Last Updated
It would be helpful if the tasks in each step of a workflow have TWO time stamps -
- One when the task was created (assigned)
- One that shows the last time a change is made in the task.
As a manager, it is difficult to see how long it takes for tasks to be completed. And also to see what tasks take the longest for future planning.

workflow filter
We have 5 different workflow per advisor/office, it would be nice to have a setting where certain users can only see/start certain workflows, to reduce the scrolling and mistakes of choosing the wrong ones since you see about 20 of them.

workflow task creation date
Add Workflow Task creation date as a field in the task. The field is auto-generated when the Workflow Task is assigned. When a Step is completed and the next set of Tasks is initialized, each of those Tasks should be assigned a 'Task Creation Date'.
When looking at open tasks, it would be good to be able to look at Tasks older than 90 days, 30 days, etc.
It would be nice to also be able to use this to auto-set Due Dates. That is, being able to set a Due Date of '5 days after Task created/assigned'

Create a task competed trigger, versus just a due date trigger, on work flows, to the next assignee to notify their task is now due

add step to workflow inbetween completed and uncompleted steps
I would be good to be able to add a step to an existing workflow after it is started after completed steps and before then next in process step. Currently if this is done, the new step remains "not started" and the "in process" step is still showing as next task due.

uncomplete workflow tasks from completed step
We have multiple people in our office completing tasks and one individual incorrectly completed a final task in a step. There should be a way to uncomplete that task even though the step is complete

Streamlining Workflow Outcomes
When completing a workflow step with multiple outcomes, there should be a default outcome. For example, if completing step X can lead to outcomes 1, 2, or 3, then you should be able to select a default outcome (i.e. outcome 2). Right now I have to go in a select the outcome every time. Outcomes 1 and 3 that are used less often should be in the drop down to where they can be selected if needed, but I shouldn't be required to go to the drop down and select 2 every time.

Workflow automation
When you schedule a review meeting and it triggers an automated workflow, we should be able to designate a due date on the template that is x number of days prior to the scheduled meeting.

allow editing of completed workflows
Allow us to edit certain aspects of workflows after completed, such as link a contact after completion or edit a typo or add a note to a specific task.

notes and document attachment in workflow
It would be nice to be able to attach documents when putting in a note in workflow step/task. It would also be nice to see the notes from the general notes page when
