client ID
It would be helpful if each client's unique Redtail auto-assigned ID number was auto-populated as part of their contact record. This could be used as a unique identifier with other outside integrations such as Hubspot

AutoLink Contact by Email
We use the GoToMeeting function in Outlook which easily generates a task in Redtail via Tailwag/Zimbra. It would be great if Redtail could develop functionality to link a contact record based on the email in the appointment scheduled in outlook.

Search bar for contacts
Need a Search Feature that is as simple as google or another search engine to quickly dive into the contact you are looking for. Otherwise it take 3 clicks minimum to get to the client. That is inefficient.

Business contacts have a field to list owner(s) name(s)
On business contacts can we have a field added directly below the business name to list the owner(s)?

buisness contacts
It would be nice to have a place to store our business contacts without having them be stored in the "Contacts A-Z" . Instead have it be its own contact list where all the info needed on an individual would be things like name, email, company, company address, & phone numbers. It could be stored where you click on contacts on the far left side and then at the top have it be its own tab next to "Contacts A-Z" essentially just a virtual rolodex.

allow a custom local time to be added
most people use cell phones and the new feature doesn't address this, we need to be able to manually enter a time zone

Birthday Card on Contact Details
On Contact Details to see if the birthday reminder is enabled at a glance. As of right now, you can only see it if you edit contact details. This way, if you look at the contact card it states birthday reminder enabled.

Change to just "pronouns" instead of "preferred pronouns"
I'm very, very happy that a pronoun section has been added in! I would love if it could be tweaked to just be "pronouns" instead of "preferred" since that infers that gender identity is a choice and not just who someone is. Thanks!

Add "Referrer email" field under already existing "Referred by" Field or allow for a UDF of choice in Contact Details
Currently if I wanted to send the referrer an email, I would have to:
1. go to another contact and find email there
2. Create a UDF which takes several clicks to get to and is in a different sectionIt would be great to either:
1. Allow user to add a field of their choice under "Contact Details" or
2. Redtail to add "Referrer email" right under the already existing "Referred by" fieldThis would allow for an email to referrer with just one click and easy to find

Allow only zip code, or city/state to be entered
You currently don't allow us to just enter in a zip code, it forces us to make up a fake address if we know their zip code. It's better to have something than nothing, so if all we know is the city/state or their zip code, why not allow us to enter that in Redtail without having to input a phony street number?

Duplicate A Contact
It would be helpful to create a contact (especially business contacts which have many of the same contact fields) then be able to duplicate that contact and then change just the name and email address or whatever. Almost like a Save As function, this would save a lot of time and reduce errors of having to retype the same information over and over for multiple similar contacts.

Movable and Customizable "Tiles" on contacts page
Movable and Customizable "Tiles" on contacts page.
In my case, we'd like to add "soft" profile notes such as "Client retired in 2019, likes to play golf, has a cabin in Flagstaff, daughter is a doctor in NYC, is an Arizona Cardinals fan" etc.
Currently, we are putting it in "Important Information" but would like the "Important Information pinned directly under the Basic Info of the client.

Add another default option in Preference
On the Today page, left column, select contacts automatically defaults to the favorites. When I select contacts, I prefer to have all my contacts listed from A-Z to show...Not favorites. Either move the favorites tab as a secondary option or create a default under own individual preference.

Contact Card
Having 3 'Home' fields for address, tele # and email makes it hard to quickly find what your looking for. Your eyes go to home and then have to look at the different icons to figure out what you're looking for. Just name them what they are and group them together like Home Address, Cell #, Home email - then underneath have Work address, Work phone, Work Email all together. And make the primary fields bold more prominently. Right now the difference between regular and primary fields is so minor it's hard to quickly tell which is bolded.

Make the important information icon flash
Have the important information icon start flashing when you first go to a contact record and stop flashing after you click on it. This will make it less easy to miss it and you will have to check it to stop the flashing.

when the main crm is at half screen the speak box overwrites the contact details section
The web site (Redtail) is not responsive and does not adapt to the additional speak window.

Email Templates by Roles/Folders
It would be nice to send email templates that are broken up into different folders ie., Sales Folder, Customer Service Folder, Operations Folder.
This way each role could find their email templates much easier rather than having to view every single email template in the system.

Add riskalyze to main contact record
I was wandering if you could add the riskalyze score on the main page of a contact record? There seems to be plenty of empty space next to the clients nae that a small version of the Risalyze speed limit sign could go in.

Add Multiple User Defined Fields to a single contact at a time. (not just the bulk contact option)
Right now we can only add one UDF to a single contact at a time. It would be nice to be able to select multiple udfs at a time to a single contact instead of having to click 30 times to get all the udfs needed for a new client added.
