  1. Allow Non-Admin to Add Permissions on NOT Permissioned Contacts

    When contacts are created and the permissions are not set, either because it was initially omitted or if the contact was created automatically by the system, it would be helpful if all users would still have the ability to assign the permissions for them. Requiring an Admin to go in and assign permissions on everything that is not set at the initial stage, is tedious and unnecessary. Please allow "NOT Permissioned" items to be assigned by anyone.

  2. Employer Information Feed into Client Contact area

    Employer information should feed to the client contact area. This would take out the added step of navigating to the employer record to view this information, and manually update any contact card information on the contact that lists the employer address/phone number.

  4. Add a "next" function

    Please add a "next" function that would allow us to page back and forth between client contact pages in alphabetical order.

  5. Ability to add additional address types on the contact card

    We would like the ability to add different types of addresses on the contact card. For example, "Physical" (currently Home, Work, Other, Mailing).

  6. no primary address checked off

    staff forgets to check off as primary. no mail goes out. no mail merge. whose idea was it to require a primary. whose idea was it to bolden address to tell that it is marked as primary, no one can see that. lost opportunity, missed touches, time consuming.

  7. add memo feature

    When entering a new contact record or updating a contact record, it would be nice to see a memo feature added. For instance, in the phone numbers section. There maybe different departments within a company/vendor. Nice to document which number will get you to which department.

  8. sort contact info

    Would it be possible to make a way to sort info on the contact card? Right now it seems like it just goes by order of input. This would be very helpful for contacts that are vendors that we may have 15 or more points of contact. Something as simple as alphabetical order would make picking out who your are looking for a little more simple. If this has already been suggested I am sorry. I could not find it when I looked. Thank you for your consideration.

  10. show household

    It would be great if you had the little orange house that shows on the search list who is the head of the household. It impacts the eMoney integration and some other things so it'd be nice to see the house when I have the actual contact open.

  11. access "Departments" in the app

    I have a lot of information and contact people listed in the "Departments" section. This is not currently accessible in the app.

  12. Add spot to add Venmo, Paypal and other payment addresses in Contact Record

    It'd be great if in the same area that has phone, email, etc, there were a spot to add Venmo, Paypal and other payment addresses. Maybe under Social Media or as it's own category. Now I just keep track of this info under Important Information.

  13. Unlink Household Home Phone Number in Family

    I understand when you add a “Home” phone number into Redtail, it syncs that number with other contacts within the linked family.

    Per https://help.redtailtechnology.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022954374-Shared-Family-Contact-Card-Info

    However, the problem is when you try to sync Redtail to a form filling software such as LaserApp or Quik!, it uses the “Home” phone as the primary number on the form itself. This is not ideal if the household does not have a landline phone or uses their “Mobile” phone as primary.

    We can rename the “Home” number with a custom title like “Cell” to correct this. However, that number would still sync to the…

  15. Add toggle for Shared Family Contact Card Info to "not share".

    It's very cumbersome to fix this if user's don't need it. It would be great if for contacts that garner this automatically, to have a toggle to simply stop sharing rather than jump through edit hoops.

  16. bulk client type change

    would be incredibly helpful to have an option to bulk change client type(go from association or business to individual) as when our files were imported a TON of individual clients were input as business or association. it will take a long time to correct individually.

  18. Workflow assigned to Servicing Advisor

    I'd like to be able to establish a workflow template where I can assign tasks to the Servicing Advisor field. Currently, you can only assign tasks to the Advisor Role but not everyone has access to fill that field out and it's redundant if Servicing Advisor is filled out already.

  19. It would be nice if we could notate whether or not an address is an owned property of the client.

    It would be nice if we could somehow mark an address for a client as being owned by them or if the client is just renting at that address.

  20. Common Tasks

    Would like the option for Custom Reports to be a pdf or the option to add sections to the Personal Profile Form to use in client reviews.
