Home address vs. other preferred mailing address
Family Head contact shows a home address as well as a PO Box which is flagged as the Preferred Mailing Address. When I search this last name and select the spouse to print a mailing label, the home address is autofilled on the label, not the Preferred Mailing Address. The Preferred Address should be the address autofilled.

Zendesk
I hire Redtail as my CRM vendor. Redtail outsources the helpdesk ticket system. Very odd that a vendor that embraces seamless integration requires me to have yet another username and password to follow their tickets. Especially when Redtail offers single sign on for other outside vendors. Please integrate.

Add the ability to add a bulk note to a group of accounts based on the search by model feature
we manage our model assignments in Redtail, so it would be great to be able to add a bulk note to accounts that are in a model when a position is added, sold or a rebalance is executed at the model level.

Add fields to comply with the "know your client" FINRA requirements
Right now about 1/3 of the necessary fields are there and if we could get them all there, easier to document for our records and can be used by virtual assistants.

Add Conversion Date under Important Dates within Accounts
When Inputting Insurance policies under "Accounts", for the "Important Dates" section, there is no "Conversion Date", which can be different than "Close Date" for some clients.

Add more fields under beneficiaries
Add fields under beneficiaries for address, relation, DOB, and social security number for each beneficiary. Beneficiary information is extremely important and should be easily accessible all in one location.

Group accounts by household
Would like the ability to run a report of "Accounts by Household".. we do a lot of multi-generational planning and it would be helpful for assessing the family unit as a whole, rather than having to flip back and forth.
The "Show family accounts" feature works, but that is only for individual contacts. We wanted to see all the accounts by household for our entire contact list. Thanks!

Meeting Agenda's
More and More advisors are using a "Meeting Agenda" to effectively communicate with clients and prospects. The last CRM program I used had a tab, clearly visible, in all contact records called "Agenda".
So after any meeting, phone call, or anytime at all I could click on the 'Agenda document" and add any content I wanted to discuss with the client at our next meeting or phone call. Manually link an e-mail to multiple contacts
We need the ability to manually link an e-mail to multiple contacts. For example, if I receive an e-mail from a vendor, it is automatically linked to that vendor's contact record, but I also would like to be able to link it to the client record that the e-mail is talking about.

When I click "Go back to search Results", take me down to the record I was working on, instead of taking me to the top of the list.
I have 150 records to change and I have to keep scrolling down to find where I left off. If you could auto-scroll down the alphabet and highlight the last record I changed it would make large volume micro-adjustments easier.

Indicate Source of Income
It would be nice it you had an income section. You could have a dropdown box so that we could choose if it is social security, pension, deferred comp, income from divorce ect

Link up with fixed index annuities from insurance companies like AVIVA, security benefit life, Allianz, american equity, ING, NAwal, LSW etc
Link up values to run reports of all client accounts.. We have Schwab, fidelity, tdameritrade, now just add a few of the big FIA Insurance companies

Add an "enable reminder" feature for ALL dates
Please add an "enable reminder" feature for ALL dates, just as there is for client birthdays. That way we can view other anniversaries and other important dates like "Client Since" date and "Wedding Anniversary" date, on our dashboards along side of client birthdays.

Add columns to the Accounts Overview page
It would be very helpful to have along with: Number, Company, Product.... to also have "Beneficiary" and "Insured." If these were available we could review over the phone at a glance and see which policies or accounts need updating. There is a big push for accountability for advisors to be sure the beneficiary designations are correct. This would also help identify insurance policies on children which are owned by their parents.
