  1. customizing columns in accounts overview

    It would be helpful to be able to customize the column heading choices and column widths with one standard setup rather than having to individually customize them with each client.

  2. filter timeline by user

    Add a dropdown box to the Timeline allowing you to sort by user (just like you already have on the dashboard for activities).

    I often just want to review the things my assistant did in my redtail database, but it's cluttered with all of my activities, which I don't care to review.

  3. Add Another Way to Schedule a Repeating Activity...

    For example, I'd like to be able to schedule a repeating activity on the first day of the month or the last day of the month, whenever that may fall versus "the first Sunday" which can be 6 or 7 days into a month.

  4. Review Frequency should be More Flexible

    I suggest that for the review frequency you make so that you DON'T have to fill out every little piece to it. i.e. If the client likes to meet once a year typically in March, you can select just that verus taking the next step and selecting Friday and then the 3rd week of..

  5. Contact Detail Report for KYC

    When we meet with a client, we like to review their important information (just like you would do at a doctor's office): address, phone number, drivers license, etc. We would like a client-friendly report that does not show their status & category or any other 'internal' data.

    Does Tailwag have a report we can use?

  7. Select Outcome Automatically When Only One Choice is Available

    When there is only one outcome for a step, select that outcome automatically.

    I want to be able to add a bit of documentation before completing a step. There aren't multiple outcomes for this step - it just moves to the next step. If I don't create an outcome, all I can do is complete the step. If I create an outcome, it makes me select that outcome in order to move on. It isn't a huge deal, but it's inefficient!

  8. add opportunity tracking to seminar management

    Opportunity tracking built into seminar management, or even the ability to link an opportunity in the opportunity tracker to a specific seminar would be extremely useful and powerful in tracking efforts within our existing client base.

  9. Allow customization of "Servicing Advisor" and "Writing Advisor" terms

    We are a wealth management firm that is not an RIA. We do not have sub-advisors, nor do we use the terminology "writing advisor" (this confuses everyone).

    It would be great to customize how we refer to the team members who are bringing in business and managing each client relationship. We might decide to call them "Relationship Manager" and "Sales Manager" for example.

  10. "Occupations" field lacking a drop-down box

    When I want to enter an occupation for a client under "know your client" there is no drop down box that appears when I go into this field. Because of this it's very easy for a staff member to type an incorrect occupation as opposed to selecting the occupation from a drop-down of existing occupations. For example some may type attorney and some lawyer, or some doctor VS physician. Other areas utilize drop-downs why can't this area too?

  11. add a feature to allow an employer track work done by a specifi user or team. A way to see what a user has done in a specific period.

    It is important to see what a user has been doing with their day. How much time is spent on tasks, setting appointments, preparing for meetings or customer service. And exactly which records has the user edited.

  12. HTML Email Tracking

    Users would like the ability to track whether emails were opened or how often they are opened through HTML tracking.

    Similar to the reports you can get when using constant contact about who has opened an email.

  15. ADD BUTTONS TO THE INTEGRATIONS PAGE SELECTIONS

    In Tailwag there are a lot of redundant clicks. When I open the integrations dialogue box, I would like to see a button by the options that i can go right to the integration rather than drill down three levels to get where i want to go.

  16. Add "Complete & New" in Actions as in previous versions

    As in previous version, while in an activity, under "ACTIONS" add back the "Complete & New" option (there are only Complete/Delete/Timeline now)

    Comments on notes should show up on the timeline - they are typically important updates on previous items.

  19. Add an option "Joint" in the Category field. The fields that populate the screen should be the same as the Individual.

    The addition of a Joint Category will allow the ability to separate Joint accounts from the Individual accounts and segregate them when creating distribution lists.

  20. Have Quick Add for Accounts to easily create new accounts for clients

    Adding a quick add button for accounts would cut down on the number of clicks necessary to create new client accounts.
