allow daily calendar to print like it used to without the Filter events box printing at the top
When you print the daily calendar, it prints the filter events box at the top - it didn't used to do that -

Calendar Keyword Filter
It'd be helpful to be able to filter the calendar for clients with a specific keyword. For example, our office meets with around 30 households/week. We track our RMD clients through a Keyword. It'd be great to be able to filter the calendar and quickly capture which clients we need to prepare RMD summaries for, rather than manually going into every contact and checking for keywords.

typing dates
PLEASE stop forcing us to type dates as dd/MM/yyyy and then click on the same date on the pop up calendar. We should be able to type the date quickly and easily - ddmmyy or ddmm with the year as the default current; as we were able to do so in LeapFrog Legacy.

It would be nice to sync my Outlook calendar on my MAC with my redtail calendar.

Color Code by Advisors in the Office.
It would be extremely helpful and convenient if we were able to color code our calendars by the advisors/representatives in our offices, that way at just a glance we could see who has a meeting and when. Currently we have to hover over or click on the appt. to see which advisor will be in the appt.

New calendar update
It appears that the activities in my teams calendar seems to be cut off. For example when we schedule client reviews, we put them in the calendar in the Subject line, "ACCOUNT REVIEW W/ (CLIENTS NAME)." Now, when we look at our calendar the clients name is half way cut off depending on the length within the Subject line and only shows three dots "ACCOUNT REVIEW W/…" You have to hover over the activity to see the full description of the appointment. Please let me know if there is anyway to change this to show the full description of the…

Calendar Sync
The fact that we cannot truly sync google calendar to redtail calendar is a big problem, rendering automation templates essentially worthless to initiate workflows. This could easily be fixed and should be a top priority, as it eliminates hours of work per week spent in manually assigning workflows.

Can you update the calendar options for recurring appointment to allow last "Monday" of the month?
I was trying to add an event on the calendar for our office being closed on Memorial Day. I wanted this to be a recurring event, like I do for most of our holidays. Memorial day is always the last Monday of May. Right now when you create this as a recurring event, you select custom and to repeat every 12 months, then the "Repeat on" options are "Monthly on day 31" or "Monthly on the fifth Monday". Neither of these will apply in this case. Can you add the option "Monthly on the Last Monday" or whatever day of…

Customize the back ground of Each Days Focus / Free / & Buffer (Color System)
Being able to customize the Days of the weeks with Colors. So We Use Buffer Days (Blue), Focus Days (yellow), & Free Days (Purple). So this tell me that Okay Monday & Fridays are Buffer days which will be a light shaded Light blue thats for planning ect. (so New Employees know Hey this is blue or whatever color I can't set apts. here)!

Ability to change color for different priorities for tasks
When entering tasks, it would be great to change the colors for different Priority numbers, especially 1 versus others.

native scheduler
There have been hundreds of comments over years about Redtail having a native scheduler. I would GLADLY PAY what i am paying to my current vendor to have this option direct with Redtail.... PLEASE!!!!!

change categories in existing calendar sync
I would like the ability to change the categories for an existing calendar sync setup through Retriever Cloud. The only way to change categories is to disable the sync, then recreate it, which then renames the Outlook calendar it is being synced to, which cascades into having to relink all the 3rd party calendars that are tied into that calendar in Outlook (Calendly, for example, has to be re-set up). If we could just change the categories and keep the same calendar name in Outlook it would make like much easier on us.

Create option to "freeze" the 'all day' row
Please add the ability to "Freeze" the "all day" row in the calendar so that it holds at the top of the calendar even when scrolling to later times in the day. When scheduling for multiple users later in the day (so that you are unable to see the "all day" row), it is easy to forget when people are out of the office, it's a holiday, people are working from home, etc... If that row were frozen, far fewer scheduling mishaps would occur!!

Undo calendar item move or have movement history
Currently in week view or day view on the calendar, an activity/task/appointment/etc can be moved with the mouse without having to go in and manually edit the item, this can be very convenient BUT if it is accidentally moved there is no way to know what the original time was. It would be great to have an undo move function, or a way to track the history of the previous time/date of the item.

Please Add Feature to Calendar Settings, Wherein we have the Option to View ONLY Select Activity Types or Categories of Other Users / Team Members...
No one wants to Sort Through / have EVERY Calendar Activity of EVERYONE in the Office constantly Showing on their own Calendar.
**HOWEVER, They DO WANT TO (always) SEE / Know When Other Team Members Will Be OUT OF THE OFFICE on VACATION or (especially these days with COVID) WORKING REMOTELY.And they do Not want to constantly be switching their calendar back and forth to View / Not View others' Activities on their Calendar…
