Documents to Open Instead of Download
When trying to find information within documents, the only choice is to download each document to view it. I don't want to download it, just view it to see if it contains information needed. Can documents be opened in new window with choice of printing/downloading at that point?

Make Documents Custom Categories editable.
In the CRM Docuemnt Storage there are "System Types" that cannot be added to or altered and there are "Custom Types" that cannot be added to or altered. I would like to see the custom types be open to adding additional types to help with specific office needs.
We have several custom types that would be beneficial to us and we could upload more of our documents to Redtail. One for instance would be "Beneficiary Tracker" where we could upload a document listing a clients accounts and the corresponding beneficiaries for us to quickly reference. integration with DocuSign
We use DocuSign to send documents for e signatures. We log into and out of it many times a day. It would be great DocuSign was included in the CRM integration list for ease of access.

One Drive
It would be great to be able to add or link a One Drive Document to a contact, so that I can easily access the document and be able to retrieve the most up to date version of that document.

Documents CRM
Have the capability of linking a document or file to an activity from within the CRM Document storage, it only gives the option of selection documents from outside of Redtail.

In Document storage it would be helpful to set up folders to categorize different documents

CAMSCANNER added to integration options
CAMSCANNER scans documents, meeting notes, account statements, forms, etc. from an advisor's phone. Allowing the advisor to create and store PDF files from the convenience of their phone. Extremely helpful when advisor is in the field with the client. If CAMSCANNER was integrated with REDTAIL, goal is documents are added to a client's CRM file from an advisor's phone.

Redtail Imaging
In Redtail Imaging .. allow users to add a common folder to all records. For example, add a folder "Duty of Care" to all records in redtail imaging to easily store the form

Please allow email archiving to have permissions
I remain very concerned that anyone in the company can view the president and office managers emails. We need the archiving to capture all emails between staff and clients but having business emails accessible to our receptionist is absurd. please address this!!

Please add the ability to create folders in the document tab of a contact.
make document tab more efficient by having the ability to add folders to hold things like estate documents, financial planning documents, current reviews, eetc.

Imaging search for files by custom date range
It would be very helpful if Redtail Imaging allowed for us to search for all files uploaded in a custom date range.

Document section you can have to grab easily.
Have documents stored in Redtail so you can attach to workflows or easily get them from one spot to attach to emails, workflows or notes.

Make imaging available with Edge
IE is basically obsolete. Chrome isn't browser of choice.

CRM Document Sorting
It would be great to be able to have the documents for ALL our clients sorted by date they are put in the system (newest on the top). I know you can sort by date, but it can't be saved. You have to sort for each client, every time.

View docs in the CRM and in Imaging.
Please make a way to view documents without downloading them. My last CRM had the ability to simply review a document for looking over the necessary info. This seems like a hassle each time we download a doc, as it clutters our personal lap top or desk top, and further puts the client's data at risk.

Add the ability to save documents attached to emails directly to Imaging.
We should have the ability to save attached documents from email directly into Imaging folders. Having to save a document to my computer before uploading/saving to Imaging is not efficient and leaves two copies of the same document in two places. If the document is a working document or is edited, it would be better to only have it one place.

Bulk delete items in CRM Document storage
Currently if you need to delete items in CRM document storage, you have to delete one by one. It would help with efficiency and time management if it was possible to delete in bulk
