  1. "No Contact" report should be based on Activity Start date - not the Activity edit date

    The current report is evaluating the activity edit date as the "DAYS SINCE LAST CONTACT". Advisors need to know the last time they met with a client, not the last time someone in the office edited and activity. Change the date to the Activity Start Date.

  2. Roles should be reportable and you should be able to edit them in bulk

    1. Ability to run a report on ROLES for contacts, since Service Advisor / Writing Advisor are not used for workflows.
    2. Ability to customize Role titles and add more.
    3. Set Roles when creating a contact.
    4. Automations based on Roles

  3. Running Reports that show the created date of any given workflow

    Enhance the reporting to where it's possible to run a report for the created date of any given workflows. This will be extraordinarily helpful from an analytics perspective because it will allow us to track the ebbs & flows of a firm's volume along with identifying trends in business that will help to inform the firm.

  4. RMD -Beneficiary IRA at any age

    The RMD report needs to be able to adjust for Beneficiary IRA at any age. There should be a field for this in the report. You should not have to go hunting for these accounts. Any one who holds this account has to take an RMD so it should pull into the report. An adjustment needs to be made in Redtail to show these accounts when running this report. OR a field in the filters so you can adjust the report yourself.

  5. Activities By Contact-Search By Who Added Activity

    When running the "Activities By Contact" report, it would be nice to have a filter option that allows us to filter by the user who added the activity. We have several team members, and it would be nice to be able to look up all of the activities a specific user added to Redtail.

  6. Ability to Print Notes by Contact that shows the Comments

    We use Comments on notes a lot, we have a rule of same day/same topic but there is important information being added under Comments. We are going to be told that we can no longer use Comments since they will not print out on Notes by Contact Report. They also do not print out when you click on Notes in a clients RT record and choose the category of note you want to print. This would be a very useful feature to be able to export out to PDF and have the comments show as well. The only option currently…

  7. Print notes - Option for pdf to generate in portrait

    Currently when you print a note, it generates a pdf in landscape. If you just adjust your print settings to print in portrait, the font is too tiny to read. It would be great if there was an option to generate printed notes pdf in portrait so the meeting folder doesn't have to be turned sideways to review.

  8. Workflows Report Columns: Advisor and Creation Date

    We would like to see additional columns on the Workflows Report including an advisor column (who the client is assigned to in their profile) as well as a "date created" column, and a column indicating which user created the ticket.

  9. Redtail makes available a few Morningstar reports that are accessible from the Client and accounts tabs. Unfortunately, the default benchma

    If you can't make Benchmarks customizable, use the Auto Benchmark feature available in MS Advisor Workstation!

  10. Return to the top of the page when clicking on next page

    When there are multiple pages on a view, it currently starts at the bottom of the page when you click on next page, and you need to scroll up to begin at the top. Click on next page should begin at the TOP of the page.

    A daily report of all activities and notes completed that day by CSA that can be emailed to the advisor so they can stay in the loop of happenings with clients by just reading a quick email briefing.

  12. Please add a number of reports under a new Database Cleanup category

    I'd love to see reports for database cleanup. For certain things I can make quicklists for this effect (clients without DOB, SSN) but for others I cannot like clients without an address or phone number (since those searches are broken).

  13. RMD Report needs improved

    There are two improvements needed for RMD's, first the "Contacts by RMD" Report is running for clients turning 72 (the RMD start age is 73 starting in 2023). Second, when running the report, there is a check box to only include "qualified accounts". Not all qualified accounts are have a RMD requirement (such as Roth IRA, UTMA, UGMA, HSA, Educational IRA, MSA). This results in a RMD report with accounts not needing a RMD. Request to adjust age to 73 for the report and the ability to include/exclude specific types of qualified accounts.

    Remove Workflow Summary from Notes not permissioned report. There is no way to permission this summary. Maybe create another report to check summaries or allow the option to permission.

    It would be very helpful if we could permission the workflow notes.

    When you write a note on a workflow, there is not a way to permission that note. It clogs up my notes not permissioned report that I clear out weekly. Or make it so that those notes don't appear in that report.

  16. Create account report, that pulls family and non primary accounts.

    Create an accounts report, that pulls family and non primary accounts. Data to include the specific contact for the account, the specific holdings for each account and the grand total that umbrellas the entirety of this information. This would include personal, accounts, family accounts, and non primary accounts. Also friendly for exports to excel as well as PDFs.

  17. Run multiple beneficiary reports at once from a quicklist (Batch Beneficiary Reports)

    I want to be able to run beneficiary reports for multiple clients at once from a quicklist. I want this done as a bulk action. I would like to be able to run it on the household level and remove closed accounts (So all the normal Beneficiary Report options/functionality, but done in bulk (I would envision) through the contacts / quicklist --> contact options --> reporting function)

    Ideally this would produce multiple PDFs (one per household/client), but one combined PDF can work too, so long as no page combines information from two different households.

    Currently, I do annual beneficiary reviews…

  18. Create report of accounts for specified issue date range

    Currently this custom export template will pull ALL accounts from any client that has even just one account for the specified date range. The report should only pull the accounts for that specified date range.

    We need a report that will allow us to report on all user activity. We use Redtail to track our internal processes, so I would like to be able to pull one report showing all of the activity that a user has done, including: Activities created/completed, notes created/commented, workflows created and completed, workflow tasks created and completed, login dates/times, etc.

    If the action taken is linked to a contact, I would want to know which contact it was linked to.
