    Allow the ability to remove the newly added PERSONAL PRONOUNS field in the Personal Profile form. This is embarrassing to our office.

  3. add an "as of date" to estimated net worth- this changes!!!

    either add ability to type it after the value-currently only able to enter numbers or have an as of button.

  4. Quicklists > Please include UDF's!

    The QuickLists and UDF's (User Defined Fields) are essential to get RedTail to work for us... but then the UDF's are missing from the Quicklists! Please let us use UDF's in the Quicklists!

  5. Retirement Date - this would be great to see on the client's contact card.

    Create a field for Retirement Date. This would be great to see on the contact card, where we have listed their phone numbers, address, etc. Or somewhere easy to see on their client homepage

  6. Add more Customize Fields under Departments

    It would be nice to add more customizing fields to departments than just having four. Name, contact, phone, email or web. Most of the departments I use have phone number, fax number, email, web, a user name and password to their websites. I am currently having the fax number on the right side under Contact card. The only way for me to know if it is the right department fax number is to hover that number until the department name appears. Its very eye straining when i have 12 work fax numbers i have to look at.

  7. when you update the address in Schwab it should automatically update in Redtail.

    When I update the address in Charles Schwab, it should automatically update in redtail or at least the following day. Clients change addresses a lot and when I have to update it in Schwab and then go in an update in redtail it becomes cumbersome.

  8. Retriever - Multiple Syncing Destinations

    Create the ability to sync different Quicklists to more than one destination folder in Outlook. For example, I would like to keep prospective client contacts separate from my active client contacts in both RedTail and Outlook. As of right now, I am only allowed to choose a single folder for contacts to sync into, no matter how many different Quicklists I have.

  9. I like the new feature that when I search for a client that they show up as a menu underneath. But, I noticed that the search will not incl

    I like the new feature that when I search for a client that they show up as a menu underneath. But, I noticed that the search will not include nicknames. For example, when I search "Matt" it will not show up if there actual name is Mathew... Or searching '*' will not show up if there name is Richard even if the nickname is filled in as '*'.

  10. Allow required fields on the contact record, if not completed can't save the contact

    It would be great if we could require certain fields on the contact record for that record to them be saved. This would reduce missing data and streamline the Redtail process.

  11. Speak - Flag on Client Record?

    Can you add an auto populated field to the client record in RT that give a clients speak Y/N speak active flag. This will allow for a quick reporting on who is active with Speak. Speak reporting does not give a quicklist, you have to filter, etc and still not just Y/N active with Speak.

  12. Change "Head of Household" language to "Primary Contact"

    "Head of Household" auto-populates into LazerApp forms and the language is a turn-off for many clients. The default should be "spouse" or "primary household contact"...

  13. Copy Address & Phone numbers to spouse record when a record is created.

    When a record is created and the spouse is added, please add the Roles to the Spouse record as well as the home phone number and address. This should not have be manually entered twice into RedTail.

  14. Birthday Card Reminder

    Show on the Contact Card that Birthday Card Reminder is Enabled at a glance. This would be an easier visual for when you are on the client contact page, you can see if they are on the reminder list or not.

  15. Would it be possible to see name of spouse or family name next to a contact name in selection list?

    When selecting a second contact (usually spouse) to link to an activity or note, and there are multiple contacts with the same last name, it is hard to determine who is the correct contact to select. If I don't already know the first name of the spouse/partner, I have to cancel the activity or note, go back to the the contact list and open the orgiinal contact to see who they are householded with. Then go back and redo the activity. This is very time consuming. Would recommend having family name or the spouses name in parenthesis next to the…

  16. Redtail Mobile App 3.0+ View Household Members

    When going to visit clients we like to ask how the family is doing. While on the road we like to review the clients info so that we better know our client when we walk in the door. Names are important for us so If we can view household members and link them to a contact record that would finally allow us to move from Outlook notes to being fully covered with just the RedTail mobile app. I know there are similar ideas out there but with the new mobile app update I wanted to iterate how knowing our client…

    Add customizable dashboard. We need to create layouts/forms with user-defined fields organized differently for administrative staff and advisors. Our former ACT! CRM provided this ability. The Redtail dashboard tends to "scratch where it doesn't itch" for our needs.

  19. banking

    If multiple banks are listed in the client record, allow us to toggle for a choice of accounts when using LaserApp. It's the same premise as how we are able to choose family members.

    We have many clients with multiple banks listed and as toggle isn't an option, we have to manually enter the information for the second bank. This opens the door for errors.

  20. Post it note pop up when on client

    Please add a way to attach a post it note to the client record so when you open the client record the note pops up right away with out having to look through previous notes.
