  3. 1. Could there be modifications made to the Opportunity details

    • Could stage and the probability field sync or communicate? – meaning by selecting an option from Stage it would then change the % amount in Probability.
    • Could the field currently labeled as Amount be changed to Plan Assets?

  4. opportunities default filter

    I am trying to format the opportunities section to only show ones designed for me. I know you can manually filter the list, but the data at the top of the opportunities section shows all data for our whole firm. We need that data to just be for me as a user. And we need our filtered list to be saved instead of reset every time if we want to

  6. Add a recurring revenue field to opportunities.

    Opportunities show "revenue". There should be a field for one time revenue and another for recurring revenue, like 12b-1 or advisory fees.

    An extrapolation would be the 10 year value of the opportunity.

  7. Linking of Contacts, Accounts to Opportunities and Opportunity Notes

    Opportunities can link contacts on the "big picture" side. We would like to see the ability to link an account to opportunities as well, either pending or existing accounts.

    Additionally, we would really like to see all notes made in the opportunity automatically link to any linked contact or account. We currently have to do a double entry on the contact level, which makes it easy for someone to miss and potentially leave the note stuck in the opportunity. For the accounts, we have to make sure the contact linked, then go to the contact record, then link the account…

    When looking at list as a whole hus/wife is separated on reports or screen as it sorts by first name not last.

  9. Sort Opportunities by Creation Date

    Currently there is no way to sort opportunities based on the creation date only the target date. If added this feature would allow the user to determine when an opportunity was added and gauge how many other opportunities were added in a given time period rather than just seeing when they are estimated to be completed.

  11. Have Opportunity Revenue Categorized for Calendar Year

    Currently closed revenue is cumulative and doesn't show current year. We would like to be categorize for current year revenue.

  12. Commission Split Tracking

    Inside of the opportunities sections, I would like to see a way to breakdown any revenue splits for life insurance and annuity sales. That way if the business is referred to us and we are leaving the referring agent on the case, we can track who earned what inside of the CRM software.

  13. Allow "Pushing" Contact From Opportunity into Contacts upon Closed Won

    When we close an opportunity, please allow us to push the Name in the opportunity into Contacts if the opportunity is Closed Won. We shouldn't have to create a new contact when we have a contact name in an Opportunity. If that opportunity is won, there should be an option to create a new contact from the name associated with the opportunity.

  14. Separate column for Opportunities Client vs Other Contacts

    In the Opportunities Layout have the contacts have the client in underwriting separate from other contacts such as underwriters, attorney, etc. Because even when I hover over the contacts link, I have to click on it. It doesn't show who the opportunity is for.

    On another note... Have the option to create your own drop down of what the status is in the opportunity. "won or Lost' is not enough and really only applies to the final status.

    Documents is not linked to client, so I have to reupload it again under client file.

    Cannot link Pending Account to Opportunity…

  15. Opportunity Permissions for Non-Admins

    For non-admins, remove the ability to assign a permission at the creation of an opportunity. We've had users permission themselves at creation and because they're not an admin, they don't have the ability to adjust or see any permission on that particular opportunity. At the creation of opportunity a permission ability for non-admins creates a situation, if they only select themselves, where it can't be adjusted or seen by other users.

  16. Add ARCHIVE feature to OPPORTUNITIES database list

    Addition of ARCHIVE feature to OPPORTUNITIES database for those opportunities that do not materialize into a transaction, but whose information you do not want to lose as would happen if current delete option is used.

  17. Opportunity Types

    Would love to be able to choose from or add more opportunity types, other than just "new business" or "existing client"

    I.E. Life Insurance, P&C, Lending, Rollover, Taxable Investment, Etc.

  18. notifications within opportunities

    Within Opportunities, there should be a Notification button for something to be completed within Opportunities. Right now, I am having to create the Opp, then make an Activity to remind a User to do the next step. It seems redundant. Thanks for your consideration. It would make things more streamlined and efficient.

  20. Opportunities layout

    The pipeline layout of Wealthbox's opportunities (moving the client to the right, in columns) is a more intuitive and sales oriented layout. It would be great to have this as a feature.
