Workflow Flow Chart
It would be nice to have a visual tree that shows all of the possible tasks and outcomes that may occur in one graphical tree when creating new workflows.
The issue I run into is making sure that I have added all of the possible outcomes when creating a new workflow
I would like to see the outcome as the same as what is on page 60 and 61 in the 2015 Redtail University Workbook.

It would be great if you could create workflow in a diagram/flowchart/org-chart format. It would allow for a more complete overview of how the workflow is created and to better see any missed steps, tasks and outcomes. I find it difficult to work with at it is currently set up and feel overwhelmed trying to complete a simple work. Going back to check your work and finding that the workflow is not doing what it should is very disappointing.

Right now if you want to print a workflow checklist, it has to be assigned to a client. It would be beneficial to be able to print this checklist without it being assigned. It would also be helpful if the possible outcomes could print on this as well.

This is a repeat of a previous enhancement suggestion. When I tried to vote for the previous, it stated it was closed. As such, I thought it best to create a new (redundant) request. The previous response was that Workflow Reports are available. However, those do not offer the same result intended herewith.

When creating workflows, it would be great if I could see a diagram/flowchart that laid out all of the steps and outcomes with lines connecting outcomes to next steps. It would really help visualize the workflow and spot potential glitches or areas for improvement.

User would like the ability to have Workflow viewable in a PDF format with a diagram of the flow of the workflow. User would like this to be printable as well to be shared in presentations/meetings.

We used the workflow funnel report often before we switched to Tailwag. We were disappointed when we saw that there wasn't an equivalent report in Tailwag.

Would there be anyway the diagram could be a 'real time' version of that workflow, so you can see the Tasks and/or notes associated to that particular workflow? Along with a small preview of the notes associated to each task??? Hope that made sense.

the workflow diagram is only visible under the contact. Add a diagram button to workflow templates and allow for a printable version.
